I bought the new Carrera 4s 991.2 model 2017 for $156,000 was offered by the dealer to trade it in with the 991.1 turbo S model 2016 with aero kit that has an individual look white colored with spoilers/wing and add-ons in gloss black carbon fibred fully loaded and gt3 rims to pay an extra $48,000 and 4 years warranty open milage is that a good deal and is the 991.1 turbo s still worth it now that the new generation is out?

That sounds extremely expensive to pay another 48k over what you just paid for your 991.2 C4S. That would be essentially 200k for a used TTS...I was able to order a PTS 17' TTS for about 5% off sticker if I had wanted, but decided to hold off for a chance at a GT3 RS down the road.
I believe it would have been about 188k after discount or something to that effect. Key here is it was a brand new car to my spec.
I would pass, but that is me. I think they are trying to unload a whale on you.

the TTS they offered to me is zero milage not used btw and for a new TTS the said that I need to pay a difference of USD 75K and that is without the aero kit and the warranty would be valid for 2 years only instead of 4.
Honestly the TTS with the Kit is by far more noticable

- What are they offering you for your current car?
- What are they selling you the 2016 Turbo S for?
Combined pricing deals such as the one you mentioned usually are hiding significant profit for the dealer.

1) Quicker/doesn't run out of steam up top. Feels like a stage 1 tune.
2) It rides a bit nicer oddly enough (my 2016 had 1900 miles on it and 2 months old when I traded it in so it wasn't worn).
3) Improved PDK. Gearing seems different. Paddle shifter MUCH nicer.
4) Steering wheel. I'm surprised I noticed so much, but driving them back to back, it offers much better feel. MF is a bonus.
5) PCM. No brainer.
6) Improved road feel. It's not quite the feedback I had from my 997.2 but better steering feel than my 2016.
7) Softer improved leather interior. I don't know why, but the leather in my 2017 feels like it's higher quality and it's grippier as well. I was not expecting this so it was a nice surprise. I'm not sure if there is another reason for this and in fact this type of leather was available previously or if it's a MY improvement. The difference is large. I custom ordered my 2017 and did not order anything special regarding the leather other than a lot of contrast stitching.
8) Anti-lag works. It's very cool. Sports response is awesome too.
It is not the jump the 997.2 was to the 997.1. Not even close to that large of an improvement. The cumulative difference is significant however, and if the $$ was close or was not an issue, I would (and did) go with the 991.2 for sure. Based on what I could understand from the OP, I would not do the deal for a 991.1 with the $ he referenced.
