Default Spacers on CL wheels?

Wanting a bit of a custom look on my TTS. Been shopping for wheels...but that's another thread. Has anyone put spacers on their CL wheels? I rather like the style of the OEM mesh CL wheel and want them to fill the wheel well a little more....give the car a slightly custom look.

Any other ideas?

I don't believe it has every been done on centerlock wheels.

Try some aftermarket rims such as HRE's. I have HRE's and love the look. They're the closest to an OEM look I've seen. I definitely wouldn't shim them and there's not a lot of tolerance, if any, to do so anyhow.

I have CL's. I had to buy aftermarket wheels to get the look. I wish spacers had been an option...but there just isn't enough thread on the center to support that. With aftermarket wheels, you can get very granular with the offset while building them. I believe you can specify with HRE and ADV, exactly what you want. Aftermarket wheels however, are a costly option in either case.

I would check with Forgeline and Finspeed as well. HRE and ADV are great but the others have some really nice wheels at 30-40% less.
