Default Changing color of centre lock wheel nut

Is it possible? Sun coast sells a replacement black nut for 2017. Can a red on from GT3 be used? Or red from 918? Any help is appreciated. Thanks

I'm interested in this as well. I just picked up a set of black ones which come on all the 991s (carerra and GT3s) in hopes of switching out my grey 997 ones. They are different product numbers in the Porsche Catalogue, but as far as I can figure out the only difference is colour unless someone knows that they for sure are different?

With that said I know a few 991 GT3 guys that use the red 997 CL.
There's a big debate on the forums as to whether it's safe or not but no one I know has experienced any issues yet.
