If so, I need to call my dealer to add alcantara visors to match the headliner... Thanks.
I spec'ed alcantara on my order. Both leather and alcantara are optional.

Unfortunately, you will have to upgrade the visors if you do not want to look at the cheap vinyl finish.

I hate to pay $696 just to get visors that match the headliner; this is total BS. That said, I don't want plastic/vinyl visors. Porsche is silly with this stuff. My M5 came with this standard.

Not that a few bucks really matters but... The US Config tool pricing is on the fritz again. The actual retail price for the alcantara or leather visors is $585 US

A 10% discount I think will be hard to find. I was quoted MSRP by several dealers without any discounts offered. I got 6% off on mine when my neighbor suggested Beachwood. I was happy with that and a early delivery. The feature that I surprisingly find the most usable is the axle lift. I can go out of my driveway nose first without dragging any part of the car. That is so much easier than backing out ( it's the small things that matter). I really don't notice the visors but deviated stitching on the dash is a noticeable upgrade for the money.

Here are a few pictures of interior. The deviated stitching is silver. I took a good look at the visors. They look fine to me. I would spend the money on something else.

Congrats on the beautiful car! Can you give us more detail on the driving dynamics & performance changes/improvements over the .1?

As I mentioned earlier I had a 2014 TT so this is a 60 HP step-up in power from my other car. The most noticeable everyday driving difference is in the braking. The brakes are phenomenal in how quickly the car stops. 60 HP upgrade is also quite noticeable. My drive to work is about 13 miles with 11 of it being the freeway. The acceleration onto the freeway is markedly different. This car puts you back in the seat with its quickness. I spent 30 minutes on Saturday just going around in a loop getting on and off an exit ramp by my house that is long and winding. That's the closest I can come to any track time in Michigan for now. The low end torque and speed are very different than the TT. I could easily hit 110-115 MPH on the ramps. (Of course I did this very discreetly). It brings a big grin to your face. I'm not a big track guy but I can tell when a car is the real deal and this one is. Can't really compare it to other super cars because I've only owned Corvettes and Porsche's.

Would you be able to share the name of your salesperson who gave you the 6%. I had ordered a car with a 5k deposit in Jan and the salesperson now seems to be backing out of it. He had told me in Jan that my car would be his next allocation as soon as his first car got delivered in March/April. Now he is saying that his first car will not even be produced until May 23rd and that it will then take another month and a half for that car to be delivered. After that car is delivered, he will then get an allocation for my car and my car may not be produced until September. I feel I am getting the runaround, so might pull my order from him and go someplace else. Any help you can provide would be greatly appreciated.

Agreed. Was appalled that my $194k MSRP car came with vinyl sub visors that look right out of a Kia. A very very cheap and shocking touch on such an expensive car. Just plain stupid if you ask me.

Congratulations on the beautiful black car. My color too! Looks great. I too am not a fan of those rear louvers either but they disappear into the car when the rest of the car is black so they're not as noticeable. Other than that Porsche hit a homerun with the reskin.
