Nice write up, would love to hear it in person as I just picked up a 991TTS myself.

Nice sound....I like the logo on the tip - looks cool. I had a BBI on my 997 TT which I liked very much and Betim was a pleasure to do business with - a real gentleman.

The only problem with the 991 turbo s is now that stupid fireworks or crackling sound that happens when the rev comes down. Then aftermarket exhausts just extenuate this sound. BBI does great work. I have their exhaust on my 997 turbo s and it sounds great. People always give me compliments on it.

It looks like the 991 design and 997 design are exactly identical. Will a 997 exhaust fit a 991 Jerry?

You either like it or hate it. I love it because you can control it. If you are on a peceful trip just take it out of sport mode and there is no sound. You want it, crank it up to sport +. The nice thing about the bbi is it doesn't crackle in my terms of crackle. It burbles and pops. The difference to me is lower sound. Crackle to me are those higher pitched sounds, these are lower pitch.

To each his own on that. I am not sure there is an exhaust yet out there that takes away that sound in sport plus.

None of them do. Idk why porsche added that sound in the 991 turbo s. The sound is definitely better compared to the 997 but those like 6 gun shot sounding noises at the end just ruin it for me.

If you listen to videos with a capristo exhaust it is really extenuated. It literally sounds like a gun going off.

The burbles and pops my bbi makes on my 997 tts are perfect.
