Since day one in my turbo S there is a rattle in the engine compartment. It goes away upon lifting RPM's. I think it's related to A/C because it's less evident when I turn A/C off. Dealer said not an issue, but it's obvious that something isn't quite right when compared to the hum otherwise.

I would not let the dealer off the hook until your car is running next to another Turbo S at the dealership. When you bring the car in for service maybe you can schedule the side-by-side test at the dealership.

Good luck. After about 6,000 miles my motor has a different rumble than when it was new. It is louder and the car has gotten faster by the seat of my pants.
