Went out for a nice morning drive and coffee with some friends. Kept it small and simple.

Cars were 991TT, 991-GT3, 997 GT2, 1993 Viper RT10.

Also had a little run with the GT2....no slouch! He was rolling a car length in front of me, waited for me to kick down, as soon as I did, he did. I couldn't pass him, maintained same distance all the way. Switzer kit and one helluva driver and a great pal.

GT3 sounded great! What an exhaust note on that!

Not sure why I can't upload pix says my quota has been reached! Anyway was a fun morning.

So you ran even with a 997 GT2 620 Hp manual from a roll in the 991 Turbo S ???

GT2 RS is 620, the GT2 is much less

Its the GT2 (not RS). It has a switzer kit so it's putting out around 544 WHP (roughly 576 BHP to the crank) and is lighter than the TT. My car is a TT (with chrono) btw not a TTS.

Driver kept looking at me so kept bouncing the needle between shifts so he expects to jump half a car with every perfect shift from an even rolling start against me.

From a dig, the TT would take the lead tho for sure.

Was a good run. I was in Sport+ with my windows down and sunroof open - was a spur of the moment kick down run not planned and lined up. I do wanna try it again properly side by side and film it! GT2 impressed me to be honest.
