Phone calls on iPhone 6
Hey guys, anyone else got a new iPhone 6 Plus with the latest iOS version and have issues making phone calls through the car?
No problem listening to music or getting Google Maps voice directions over PCM, just actual calls. It will cut off the music and start dialing, but when the person picks up I can't hear them talk.
Car is a 14' 991 TTS with Burmester...

I havent noticed that, but I have had 2 times where I tried to send a voice text and the system started dialing my own cell number. I turned iphone off and back on and it SEEMS to be working normally now.
I also noticed my android phone gives me email notifications through the PCM but the iphone doesn't.

This is a known bug with Apple's latest phones and is affecting connectivity with cars from a number of manufacturers. If I delete the phone from PCM and vice versa and then hard-reboot the phone I can get it to work briefly, but then it goes bad again (first indication it is bad is that the signal strength indicator on the PCM shows zero bars no matter what the phone shows). The bug also affects other bluetooth connectivity, such as with Jawbone headsets. Hoping they'll fix it in iOS 8.1. If not, I may have to have a conversation with Apple about a refund.

I had issues with my two 911s running 8.0.2 (the current OS) with an iPhone 6 and 5s. I called Porsche and learned that if you have PCM versions 3.41, 4.63 or 4.73, you'll be able to pair your new iPhones.
Result: I was able to pair both cars with two different iPhones. I also deleted prior phones under "devices" on my Porsches prior to pairing the iPhones for the 3-4th attempt -- if that makes a difference.
If you're still having trouble with the above PCM versions, try restarting bluetooth on the iPhone, simply by turning it off and back on. Good luck.
