Me too. I was happy though that there weren't codes because it led me to believe it wasn't anything too serious. It did sound just like a air escaping and nothing grinding or misfiring. I even drove it home without any trouble which is about 2 hours away.

Just an update. I had the issue repaired about 3 weeks ago and it seems to be holding. I've used the launch control twice and raced a street bike today and it's still holding. Hopefully that's the last of it. Anyone else have something similar?

Exact same issue, I posted about it in another thread. Popped off twice at the track and then finally on the street and replaced with a new boot, which has held for the past month for aggressive street driving, including launches, on both 93 and 100 oct GIAC programs. I feel more confident but I won't really know until I track it next Monday.

Here is an update... My boost hose blew off again two weekends ago at the track. First lap after warm up session. The Sick Sideways Race Team was there and hats off to them for fixing it for me so I didn't lose the whole day. (Thank you very much guys at Sick Sideways!!) After watching them I learned you can get to it from the engine compartment. We didn't have to take off the bumper like we did because that is what I was previously told.
I took it back to the dealer and they said there is a replacement part for it now. A new hose but they couldn't tell me if it was silicone or not. Sick Sideways guys said a silicone hose would do better under the heat stress as what is factory is a rubber hose connecting to a plastic box. I'll let you guys know how it goes. Shooting for another track day on the 24th of January.

Sorry didn't mention there is currently a campaign on this one. I had mine done just before xmas along with a few other new s/w upgrades. The problem is with the flexible concertina boost hose which goes between the throttle body and the Y pipe. It has been frequently reported as blowing off under boost and the fix is a new style of clamp at the Y pipe end, which is the larger diameter of the two inlets/outlets of the hose. At first it was thought the actual hose was different somewhere but that is not the case. The actual hose is the same, it is just a new style of clamp. As a spare part this hose is supplied with the two clamps fixed to the hose by a slot in the rubber. Cases where the hose has blown right off may require full replacement as the retaining ring on the ID of the hose can tear as it becomes blown out of the groove. If it hasn't then the new clamp is fitted only.

Hey Badknees do you happen to have the W number for the front boot latch fix?
I will check my inv later when i'm in office and see what the numbers were for the campaigns that were recently done on mine and post them up if you like.

Had my TTS in also for the bonnet hatch replacement and they checked on Recall WE66 the throttlebody hose and clamp(s) replacement.
The hood latch took a few minutes. I rescheduled for a three hour appointment for the hose relacement. It was a tedious job working in a very narrow tight place.
