Stock '14 911 TT...10.84 at 125 mph
Orlando Speedworld had what was mostly a GT-R event today. It was advertised for "exotics", but probably 80% of the cars were GT-R's.
Although the weather was crappy, I took my TT over for a few passes.
By "crappy" weather, I mean this:
I tech'd in and let the car sit for probably 20-minutes, then made a few passes. This was my first pass:
The car 60-footed incredibly hard for a stock car on stock tires. It dead hooked and honestly, I was briefly a bit light headed, lol. I've got cars on slicks that don't cut a short time like that. I hot-lapped the car, and on the 2nd pass, it spun enough to drop to a 1.62 60' and went 11.06 at 124.10. I ran two more passes an hour or so later, but by this point the track was getting hotter and greasy and it spun pretty badly so I decided to call it a day. Incidentally, I had a vbox in the car for all runs. This is the 0-60 on the first pass:
All of the other passes were over 3-seconds, so clearly the track was going away with the afternoon sun (it ended up storming around 1:30-2).
Very impressive for a bone stock car, and in good air this fall/winter down here in Orlando it should run ~10.6's in the 126 mph range.

That is a great run and excellent 60 time.Do do turn your traction control off when running the quarter? It pulls power and it is good for a couple tens with it off,bet you did with a time that good. Is your car a Turbo S or Turbo ???If,Turbo, that is the fastest I seen one go.Esp in the heat..
Good Job...

Car is not an S and I didn't turn of TC. Stock GT-R's are hard to find, but there was what appeared to be a stock DBA car there running 11.4-11.5's at 119-120 mph. That's about right, as in the summer at OSW, my '12 Black Edition went a best of 11.4 at 122 mph. But in air like yesterday, would likely not have trapped better than 120-121.

I think it could be arranged! I haven't been there since I had my 83 mustang, I remember running 13's in it and was very impressed at the time.
Maybe someone could be running next to me, I think it would be cool to see the outcome.

Honestly, I wasn't expecting much. I had close to 3/4 of a tank of fuel and knowing how hot and crappy it was, figured maybe low-11's. When I saw the 1.50 on the board on my way down the track, I was like
