Redefining Timeless Styles: Introducing the HRE Series RS1

The Series RS1 debuts with six new styles, including the 9-spoke mesh RS100, the 7-spoke split RS101, the 5-spoke twist RS102, the 15-spoke multi RS103, the solid 5-spoke RS105, and the 6-spoke RS106. The Series RS1 is available in diameters ranging from 18 to 22 inches and widths range from 7 to 14 inches.

All HRE wheels are engineered to minimize unsprung mass and rotational inertia for optimal acceleration, handling and braking performance. Each wheel is built-to-order and there are nearly infinite fitment, color and finish options available for the ultimate custom-tailored wheel buying experience.

The HRE Series RS1 is available now - please call (760) 598-1960, email titoR@hrewheels.com or visit our website HRE Wheels for more information regarding pricing, specs, lead times, etc..

Are these wheels suitable for track use? I had HRE P44SC's on one of my GT-R's and the monoblock wheels are obviously VERY strong. But these are a 2-piece wheel with what appears to be a new "hovering" spoke design.
I don't plan on tracking my 991 TT with regularity, but it will see some sessions at tracks like Sebring, Roebling, RA, Daytona, etc. in place of my regular track car. I'd love a set of these with the stock P-Zeros on them. But I don't want any questions about on-track durability.

Excellent question. The 3-piece Series RS1 is track-friendly and capable to handle the stresses and abuse of weekend track days - even with the floating-spoke design.

However, for serious track use, we'd recommend our Series R4 which includes the R40 and R43 - these wheels are lighter than the Series RS1 (weights for the RS1 wheels coming soon).

So basically, should I buy a set of RS1's and decide to do a 2-day event, I need not worry about the durability of the wheels on-track.
That's good to know, as these wheels have really caught my attention.

Correct. Should you purchase a set of RS1s, you can be confident and trust the durability of these wheels on the track.

Also, as with all of our clients who notify us of track participation beforehand, we will seek feedback about on-track performance: before, during and after each heat session(s).

All of the wheels in the Series RS1 are available in our standard finishes shown here: http://www.hrewheels.com/wheels/series-p1/p101.

We also offer countless custom finishes as well.
