Beautiful photographs and presentation. Looks like a winner.

What's the cost for the individual options?

I just visited my local Porsche dealer and they told me they have installed several fabspeed exhaust systems on turbos and sound fantastic and have not had any issues with them. They also said it does not void factory warranty, however labor and parts would not be included if you had a specific issue with the fabspeed exhaust. 8 hrs to install @ 130/hr estimate. I think I'm going to have it done!

Ok,let me get this straight, maybe I'm misunderstanding something...8hrs to swap out the exhaust????!!!! That's not even ripping you off,it's like committing murder!
I really need to start looking into opening a dealership,I can become very rich very fast!

I have no idea what's involved swapping an exhaust on a 991 Turbo,I'm sure Fabspeed can be more specific, but I see no reason why this job should take more than 3-4 hrs if it's done by a professional. A few clamps, bolts, dealing with the O2 sensors and Turbos. But bear in mind this car is brand new,no rust to deal with, everything should come out as smooth as butter.
I don't see any reason not to use an independent shop which might be less greedy and charge you for 4-5 hrs,but at a different rate...unless you're worried you might have problems with the dealer when it comes to warranty work for having an aftermarket exhaust.
If you try to get the dealer give you a better price, they might agree dropping a couple hundred dollars off,but that's it. They'll tell you the classic line : " This is book time for this job,we don't overcharge ".

Just my 2 c FWIW...
