Default Why TTS can't adjust the ride height?

On the 991 C2S/C4S, there's PASM option that can reduce the height by -20mm.
But on the turbo, it seems the standard PASM doesn't do it. Can anyone explain this?

SPASM is 20mm lower than a standard C2, PASM is 10mm lower. The height is non adjustable. Pushing the shocks button just increases the stiffness of the dampening. It does not raise and lower the car.

oh, so does it mean the turbo has already been lower than a C2 w/o PASM? But I still can feel the huge clearance on my Turbo S, is it gonna be too high on the track?
