After how many miles of break in did you guys start playing around with the launch control? Dealer told me 2k miles but that feels a bit conservative, especially after watching that video of 61 launches back to back!

0 on my TT-did a launch as soon as I left the dealer. 1K on my TTS. I don't believe that there is a true break in period on these cars. In fact, I think they run better if you let them adapt right out of the gate. Drive it like you stole it!

I run it pretty hard when new,but no WOT or Launches...After 1000 miles, it,s on...I really do not think you will damage the car if ya drive it like ya stole it with 100 miles or so(Brakes)...

MT did 63 launches in row with a 500 mile TS car with no issues...= TS bullet proof...

But,for official purposes,follow your manual...(:
