All seems great but they post a 0-62 time of 2.8 and road and track just posted a stock 0-60 time of 2.6. I know there are variables but with this much difference in the hp and tq I would expect perhaps a .2 or better increase, relatively similar to gains achieved by hp and tq differences in the TTs and TT.

What's going to matter more with something like this is the difference in 0-100mph, 0-200kmph and quarter mile times ...

At almost $7k ...don't think I will get it until somebody does some real world testing....would have hoped for a 2.5 0-62mph from 620bhp...but like the fact it's a plug n play and can be removed at service time...and the 2 year warranty plus techart is a well respected company in Europe

I understand that there "should" be gains there too but I also believe that there will be some (me included) to whom 0-60 will matter. Torque gains should affect acceleration at all speeds. At this price it isn't enough.

GIAC has something in the works, and Im sure Protomotive will by summer. Techart does good work and they are reliable, but the gains per dollar are sub-par.

IMHO, a larger market for higher HP Turbos would be with the straight Turbo buyers especially Track enthusiasts who choose the TT (vs TTS) because they do NOT want those obscenely expensive PCCB Brakes or CLs on the TTS but resent being restricted to "only" 520 HP by the Factory software, when the identical Engine hardware produces 560 HP in the TTS. Porsche's marketing agenda for shifting buyers from the lower cost TT to the far more profitable and higher cost TTS may backfire big time if an aftermarket software provider makes the TT HP equivalent to, or exceeds the TTS HP.
