Default What options to get rid of the cheap plastic trimming?

Planning to get a 911 Turbo S, and trying to sort out what options to put in to get rid of all/most of the matte/metal-plastic trims.

I'm not gonna put in $1700 for the vents (that's over board), but looking into other bits and pieces.

Do anybody have any experience with this?

- Doors, do I need the Door leather?
- PDK lever, will Carbon/Aluminum/Leather option make it non-plastic?
- Trims (looks like the TS comes with CF instead by default?)
- Seat back, the $600 extended leather option
- Steering wheel, was unable to find this, looks like only option is the multi-function, but I really want the paddle shifters, and not the buttons (and the buttons looks to be in the same plastic material).

Anything else?

I just feel that other than the plastic trim the car interior is very nice ...

XNS, XNG, CUJ, CZW, CTK, XWL, CXM, CXN, CUR, XXD (illuminated carbon door sill).
Google the code above for complete description, I'm on my mobile phone, typing is not fun, sorry.

There are other areas such as seat belt covers that can be covered with leather as well

PDK lever will still have chrome plastic on push button regardless which option (as I can recall).
Will still matched chromed plastic on sport steering wheel, door handle, burmester/bose speaker trim, dashboard storage compartment latch, etc.
Porsche exclusive can sort those out if you wish, but better spent elsewhere.

XNS - Looks to be black-plastic (I can live with that, as I will have black int.)
XNG - Need to take a look at a non-leather here
CUJ - Will this be visible? (I was mainly going after the plastallic
CZW - Check
CTK - Seems quite a bit for not that much (will have to check out)
XWL - Check
CXM - Check
CXN - Most likely no, as rear is not usable (so nobody back there to complain)
CUR - That's a lot for not much
XXD - Check (ty, this was one I was not sure about)

Tx for the gear level info. This is what I was afraid of, will most likely look for after market for this, if it end up bothering me too much. Same for the steering wheel, Porsche told me that they did not have it, and many was asking.

Thanks a ton, I also found a useful summary page (since I have to look up these codes).

I think I have it all sorted out (ish) one more trip to the dealer to look at the CTK, then cut a fat check
