To the OP and the others that have participated in this thread.

Some very good 991 Turbo information here. Thanks! For those that have already taken delivery, when the moment permits, please offer your initial and further impressions for those of us just getting in the game.

I appreciate the information here and it is of help getting up to speed things. If the 991 TT is the right car I believe I will go for the "Base" model TT as I don't have the real need for the ceramics or CL wheels. Not that they are bad, just not for me I think.

I just recently had a rather brief hit and run affair with a well optioned 991 C4S and chronicled my feelings on the 991 section, not to trash the C4S but to offer the feedback that could possibly prove help some others in their selection process. I would love to get the most objective thoughts I can from those that have already taken delivery and also those that have had extended time with the car. Anyone that has a moment to post is appreciated by more than a few. Also, should someone prefer to PM info, I would welcome it.

I order a base turbo and would again. I ordered PDCC, Sport Chrono, Internet radio and that was about it. Turned out great. I also ordered center locks but I really like the look.

I think the CL wheels look great too. My reason for the 5 lug wheels is that I will certainly be using the car in any weather and on trips as well. If I do visit snow country (may have a second home in the mountains out west) I may well take the car and would certainly have a second set of wheels. Does any one know it 19's fit or is that just an issue if one has the PCCB? I am not sure about that and just remember seeing that somewhere and I know the brake discs are larger than the C4S.
