McLaren Mp4-12c is looking better and better every day...[/QUOTE]
Yes Sir!
McLaren is a Land Missle.
Apparently Porsche will launch the Turbo S at the same or approximately the same time frame as the Turbo. Competition.....

My eyes are watering a little:
The new top models of the 911 model series arrive on the market at the end of 2013 in the United States. The 911 Turbo is priced from $148,300 while the 911 Turbo S begins at $181,100, not including a destination charge of $950.

Yup a McLaren at 200k with less then 5k miles. I'll pick up one in 1 or 2 years for 150k range. Better then a Porsche Turbo in terms of performance, materials used etc. Porsche has lost their minds.
In the mean time the Camaro Z28 looks better and better everyday..

With all due respect to everyone posting here, I have to admit I wonder just a little bit what everyone is thinking here. Is it all about which 911 is faster than the other 911? Or if the McLaren looks so great or even a Camaro or even a ........whatever?..........maybe RennList is not the place to be. Maybe it's McLaren or ChevyList.
It's all about how such and such a car drives. And not if it's the "fastest" or whatever. If you think that Porsche is screwing you or not fast enough or whatever then go buy one of those cars and forget Porsche. To be critical is one thing, to outright claim that they are screwing us is another.
Do we need to defend Porsche on a Porsche forum?
Just my 2 cents for what it's worth.

What good is it if all posts are about unicorns, pink ponies and rainbows from Kool-Aid drinkers sucked into The Great Marketing Machine's vortex? If some of us feel f'ed in some way after spending our hard earned $ then it is appropriate to comment. Porsches marketing does not meet the reality and the prices of the cars, parts and service are way the F out of line. Ask me how I know...maybe I need to put a "sold" car list in my sig line...
No offense intended Ethel, just passion speaking
Lol! See you on track man!
