Congrats on the numbers! Those headers are getting hot, I'd becareful for back pressure with those hybrid turbos and the cats esp with meth as it clogs them up just my honest opinion.

It’s hot for sure. Safeties and temp monitors in place for the turbos so we stand behind it for street use. The HJS Motorsport cats have been impressive over the years and Kline Inconel is always up to the task. We beat on one for hours at Calvo’s a few weeks ago as well testing.

… Sidenote for those who were chatting about going to the 3 inch exhaust. This by far out performs anything else I’ve seen with cats so far using our 76mm Kline with the HJS Motorsport cats. We did one at Calvo’s with the 70 mm exhaust and it was pretty maxed out at around 850.



Awesome stuff, Sam. Is this a 991.1? Any meth? Looks like these spool up ~500 rpm slower than the factory turbos if I’m reading that right.

Also good to know about the 3” exhaust with cats. I’ve been chatting with you about the switch from
the inconel 76/70 to the inconel 76mm along with the Stage 5s. Looks like that’s the combo!

Hey there. Yes definitely methanol and this is a 991.2. They spool instantly and better than stock. But, it’s tough to compare different days and different runs as far as that goes. On high load on the dyno, they will actually surge if we start in a high gear at 2000 RPM so we hit it just under 3000 and they come right on.

Thanks, Sam. Good to know. The quick spool on the Stage 5s is one of the big pros for me (along with the higher efficiency and potential for lower temps at the track). I’m getting excited about the possibilities.
