Very nice! How do you like the Aerokit? It’s hard to find good info on how exactly the spoilers work. The TTS I’m considering has this option.

Thank you!

I had a '14 TTS Cab without it, now this '17 with the aerokit

Can't say I notice any driving differences but I prefer the look of the aerokit

Yes, agree it adds to the overall aggressive look.

ok, so far, these are my thoughts comparing the '17 TTS Cab to the '13 458 Spider, on open roads, not on the track:

Acceleration
TTS is faster, pulls harder. The 458 is not crazy fast like the TTS but it feels more exhilarating, partly due to the amazing sound it makes.

Handling/Cornering
TTS is more focused, more finely tuned, more precise. The 458 is more on the wild side, feels a little bit out of control but not really. Both are very well planted and handle amazingly well. The 458 is more of a overpowered go cart in a sense. The TTS is a finely tuned instrument with more capability than the driver.

Suspension
Both are tight and feel the road well. Both are comfortable for being high performance cars. Ride is very similar in both, bumpy but tolerable.

Braking
TTS wins hands down. In fact, the TTS stops crazy fast and straight, really amazing. The 458 feels very good but not like the TTS. I don't know why really, they both have ceramic Brembo brakes. In fact, the TTS is a little heavier car.

Appearance/Design
This of course is a matter of personal taste, but for me the 458 wins hands down. It is such a beautiful car, the lines are much nicer to me, compared to the TTS.

Exhaust note
Really can't compare a 6 to a 8 in terms of sound. The 458 exhaust note is AMAZING. Even with a full Kline inconel exhaust with headers, the TTS is nothing like the stock 458 sound. It's like a Formula 1 car.

Driving experience
For general street driving, the 458 is much more exhilarating. Running the car up to 9000 rpm and shifting takes your breath away, even doing it slowly without breaking the speed limit. To get the TTS up to a decent sound, it quickly accelerates to very fast speeds and therefore is maybe not as usable on the street as the 458.

I feel blessed that I can own two amazing cars. They are very different. Ofcourse the TTS is a turbo 6, the 458 naturally aspirated V8. I would say that the TTS is better made, better fit and finish, more reliable, more precise, better performance and would simply last longer. However the 458 is more fun

2 great cars to have. Even better they are not the same in many ways. Makes only both worth it. Great luck with both.
