Not until I don't have to pull the ecu, send it out, get it back, reinstall, then program...

I would like it to be the same as on my 996 and STi - plug in, program, and go...

Cobb is fantastic, not knocking on them at all!

We've been around for 11+ years so just cause we're new to the platform doesn't mean we're new to tuning

So far I've beaten all the stock turbo Cobb stuff for the 991.1 TT/S that I have seen. With less boost and timing.

For your mods, the safety systems, logging, boost by gear, map switching would all be worth it alone IMO.

Then you can rip that meth kit off (assuming you have one with that trap speed) and go CPI and full e85 if you wanted

Does the Cobb system require you to have that big handheld device connected to the car all the time? Or can you load the software changes and then disconnect it?

Connect for flashing only. Then unplug and store in the office. The only reason to leave it connected would be for real time data display.

I have little cases for all my Cobb's. I find the platform to be very easy to program and I was super impressed with what the guys in Tacoma did with my STi, so I will continue to use it wherever possible.

Just need to unlock that 991.2TT ECU...
