- The 992 rear end with GT2 dual exhaust set-up
- Spoiler will be similar in size to 991 - different shape, maybe flatter
- Staggered or Larger 21 tires in rear like 992
- 992 interior and all electronics
- over 630 HP for the S
- grill screens for front end air vents and side vents (if they have been listening)
- torque the same as 991
- PDK - S transmission
- new LED headlights like 992
- new standard S rims center lock

200lbs heavier than the 991.2 due to forward hybrid architecture.

This is a key point. The new 992's are hybrid-ready - and will be heavier.
I was going to say I don't think the new Turbo S will jump to 630 HP as Porsche have literally increased HP 20 HP per year (so I am guessing 580/600 for the Turbo and Turbo S). That said - they may need to increase it to counter the added weight. I don't think they will use screens - Porsche will not let the Turbo evolve into the GT3 - it will remain a grand tour car.
What I am hoping is that they will alter the interior. So far - I am not a fan of the flat computer screen (I personally think they should have done what BMW did with the F90 M5 and outline the digital dials with some physical material (aluminum is how I would have done it). The all-digital outline is not for me. And the shifter - I would hope that Porsche does something with that (something more like the 991 and previous cars).
Overall - I do not feel the sportiness of the newer cars. They are too gadgety feeling - too four-door sedan - for my liking. I have no doubt the new Turbo and Turbo S will be quick however. I believe the S will run 10.2x bone stock at 135-137 MPH.
I just don't think I will move my 991.2 Turbo S for it. That said - I subscribed to see what Porsche decides.

625-650 hp from all my friends that live over there, that what they are saying, we will see, I am in unless it comes thru with less power, and that's NOT happening. They have just been getting better every year, hope that continues

Added weight vs added power. Will be interesting to see which one wins. No doubt the 992 will be much more refined. Quicker/Faster......is questionable.

Could be. Will be very interesting to see how Porsche overcomes the weight penalty. 10.4 is easy for the 2019's on unprepped asphalt. 10.2 should be their target. At 3800lbs, will take more than a 20-30hp increase . Fun times !
