New Purchase, 991.1, Turbo
Hi All,
New to the Forum, so a quick introduction. I live and work in Dubai, had a few 911's back in the 80/90's before the children came along. Kids grown up now so decided it was time to get myself back into a nice 911 T. I have the go ahead from the Interior Minister (wife) and have looked at a few here in Dubai.
I have narrowed it down to a couple of cars (well 1 really!), 2015 T, Agate Grey Metallic, 51,000km, absolutely immaculate condition, FSH, warranty etc. I have the spec sheet and would appreciate any feedback on the specification form members here. It looks (to me) to be a very well specified car, but please appreciate that I am not up to date with all things 911, hence my post.
Appreciate all comments and feedback.
Regards, Stewart

Personally, I really think it all comes down to what you like. Specs look good to me and you will love the 991 platform. Color looks killer. Some like to load a 911 up. Some like to keep it basic and light. Both ways are GREAT.

Thanks for the reply Onfire. As you say, colour is 'killer' and according to the sales guy it is extremely well specced. The only thing I am not so keen on is the carbon multi function steering wheel with the buttons. Although I believe it is not too expensive to change this for a sports wheel with paddles. Condition is immaculate, no expense spared in maintaining the vehicle. Attached a few pics

It looks like a nicely optioned car. Since you asked for opinions, here's mine: I find the color terribly boring.

Congrats! Nice car. Being where you are one option I am sure you could've live w/o is heated steering wheel. Not sure why someone has optioned a Dubai car like that.

I was thinking you were referring to a Touring. The "T" threw me. Are there any other cars under consideration? How much do 2015 991 Turbos sell for used in Dubai?

I think it looks great. Only option I think that its missing - for my taste - is the Burmester. You can tune these regular TT's to whatever HP you want. I actually really like the color. So, if it checks out - why not . I love my TT and I added a tune and exhaust and it really pops.
