Default Dragy tested my 2019 TTS 0-60mph today.

Was VERY impressed ! Pure stock, 3/4 tank of fuel, Pirelli's N1's at 42psi front ,52psi rear hot pressure (which must be much better than the NO's, have to drop that pressure soon !)), just drove back from a +100 mile drive and did not turn the car off. Stopped, set up Dragy and let it rip. With a 1ft rollout like the Magazines use, a 2.58 second 0-60mph is stout at a 3500ft DA. Very, very impressed with the TTS.

Really interested in the time with lowered tire pressure. Anyone else?

I assume you used launch control. Did you do anything special besides put in sport or sport plus, foot on brake, floor the gas, let off brake?

maybe it’s different with Porsche and 911 Turbos but usually you lower pressure below specs for launching and acceleration for more tire patch contact and more grip. With the Turbos AWD system it may not matter.

Sport, button, brake, WOT, 5600rpm., release brake and hold on. 2.58 Was very impressive for pure stock. TTS hauls.

You are right. It went a 1.62 sixty ft on the street. I’ll try it next with the rears around 38psi. Should help.

This was mine. No tire warm up also 3/4 tank of gas. Tires at full pressure (NOT COMFORT SETTINGS). I have a 991.1 cabriolet. I think I could do better

And I was going up a slight incline and there was loose gravel on the road which hurt my launch a bit.

I'm old enough to remember when a 5 sec 0-60 was considered outstanding for a stock car. Now cars are running sub 3 secs without slicks. We are definitely in the golden age of sports cars.

Yours will be right with it ! I’ve always read that the last year of a Porsche series’s is the fastest model due to continuous programming updates....thought it was a myth.....might not be...
