Default Good deal on 2017 991TT 15k miles - $129k

I was looking at this car, and offered them exactly this amount 3 weeks ago... Bought another car in that time though, and now they dropped the price 15k

According to the text the "major options" are "Sport Package, Bluetooth, Leather Seats, Memory Package, Backup Camera, Navigation System"

LOL. Sport Package. No such option and the rest are standard. Add shows lack of GAF by dealer.

It does seem like a good price. If you like the build.

So why don't like people like the 14 way seats on the TT vs the 18 way seats on the TTS?

I've read yours and others' comments that significant differences exist between them and am curious what they are.

Seems like a really good deal - 991.2 TT. If you like Cab's (I do) and the spec, i'd be all over it.

If you've read all the comments about seats in this and the 991 (non-Turbo) forum then there's no need to repeat what other folks have described in terms of physical differences between the two seat architectures. I can't describe the differences in any way or at any length that would tell you if you are of the ~50% that don't care or the ~50% that can't stand one seat architecture or the other. Anything I write is based upon my physique and my perceptions. For me, the Sport Seats feel like I'm balancing myself on a fence. I sit 'on' the seats. Barely. Whereas with the Sport Seats Plus, I feel like I'm sitting 'in' the seat. Other folks have described almost the opposite effect: they feel like they're 'loose' in the Sport Seats Plus and 'in' the Sport Seats. Some describe the Sport Seats Plus as torture devices. That's what I think of the Sports Seats as.

Your butt and back have to decide for themselves irrespective of descriptions of the differences between the seats.

Duly noted. Thanks. I'll do a search on the non turbo forums for more info, and of course, try to get some seat time in each.

I sat in the 991.2 TTS seats on the track and liked them from what I recall, but wasn't paying uber close attention either.

I have one car with each type of seats, 14 way and 18 way, the 18 way more shoulder support, but really the seats look more different than they feel, at least driving them daily to me, that is my take.

Is that the one that The Collection was selling a couple weeks ago? With the orange accents in the interior? Beautiful combo!
