Excellent purchase!
These highly specced cars have real appeal to me and they are the only cars I consider buying. Your choice to avoid the "adaptive cruise control" is a good one. it interferes with the look of the nose of the car and when in use constantly intervenes because people are perpetually cutting in front of you with the distance it tries to maintain from vehicles. My TT does not have PACC amongst 68 options on its exclusive build sheet so the original buyer and I have identical thinking similar to you and your cars builder.
Congratulations!

clearly a lot has happened in 16 years! I will always remember the first time I test drove the 996tt and went full throttle; it scared the he’ll out of me. After 10+ years with the car, I became used to the speed. The 991 scares me again. The speed is just there and the pdk is magic. My 996tt has coil overs and. 19s so it is pretty firm. The 991 is softer but actually not by much (still a firm ride). Great upgrade in every way.

Congrats!
I have never been lucky when it comes to buying cars locally here in Seattle.
But I have never heard of Superior Motors either. There is something to be said about buying these cars from a P dealer with a CPO but I am sure you have saved enough to make up for it.
Most of the pics you are took are QA / Ballard area which is where is I live. I have pics of my other other toys in the location that looks down Rays Boat House and the marina...... Hope to see you around and enjoy the new toy.
