Funny thing that I read was to do with daily rentals vehicles.... don't have to disclose any damage prior to sale as its all taken care of in house.

Dealer may never know
I have been to this dealership many times, they usually are not cheap, but this seems to be a good deal

The accident report is on the original link, on the Carfax report. Dealer didn't hide it, just didn't mention it in the write up. Best to check out the history of any used car. Just looked at the dealer website and nothing mentioned and no Carfax available?

I might be wrong but I think bumpers are not considered panels though. So a car could have a front bumper, hood and a front fender damaged and yet dealerships don't have to declare any of that. To top it off, that's true for new cars too as those can be damaged during the transport as well.

If its too good to be true, it usually is, I guess you can't trust CPO with some of these Porsche Dealers.

I’ve been to this dealer many times. The price is surprisingly low. In fact too surprisingly low and hence the damage says why. They don’t give great deals at Mainline in my opinion.

Mainline is usually at the top of the market in terms of price. I agree..

So, basically what we have here is clear evidence of at least $25k in diminished value due to the accident.

I wonder if the original owner was able to get a DV claim.

I don't have a problem with a car in a minor accident being repaired to original spec and CPO's. Good repair shops do a better paint job than the factory...even Porsche. I wouldn't think twice about it.
