Default Hello and a question about trunk space

Hi all,

I needed a little more space in the back for kids than my 997 Turbo S could offer, so I'm now the happy owner of a new-to-me 2014 991 Turbo S. Black over Black/Carrera Red.

Had the options I wanted- Burmester, Adaptive Cruise, Reverse Cam and believe it or not, I found the car by posting on a Facebook group.

Anyway, I know the AWD 991s have less trunk space than the 2wd cars, but do the turbo cars have a smaller trunk than the AWD Carreras? I might be imagining things but it seems like there's a hump in the trunk that isn't present on the other cars. Maybe the water cooling for the front diff takes up space? Anyway, thanks in advance and I look forward to participating and contributing to the 991 Turbo community.

My 991.1 TTS has smaller trunk (or at least it seems this way) than my 991.1 GTS coupe and that in turn had narrower, although deeper trunk than my 997.1 C2s

The trunk is definitely a little smaller than my 991.1 Carrera S. I can’t comment about the all-wheel-drive model’s. I did notice it was a little smaller than my last vehicle but I really don’t use it that much anyway.

You can still fit all of your essentials...... (991 C4) Not a turbo but the frunk size should be identical.

This is awesome lol!

How do you route your methanol line? Through the interior or under the car?
