Default PCNA CPO 991.1 TTS's

Getting back in the game after selling my 997 C2S ten years ago
Two CPO coupes I'm looking at, mainly for sunny day / weekend fun
'14 at home dealer with a great rep, two owner local car sold by them when new, 27K mi, PCCB's bulletproof, moderate tire wear that passed CPO inspection but I'll probably get a new set (P Zeros or Super Sports ?? )
also '15 a couple hours away, 15K mi, great shape with brand spankin' new P Zeros from the dealer
'bout a 20K price diff between the two
all expert panel advice is much appreciated ...

essentially same car

I don't think there is 20K difference in value, even taking into consideration the miles and MY

I would get the one you want

You will soon forget what you paid and be left with only the car to enjoy

The only difference I'm aware of is the rear camera. IIRC it was optional on the 14 and standard on the 15. IMHO the camera good to have.

Price diff seems about right to me, given the milage. As others have said, buy the one you want...the one you will turn and look back at after you park it.

I agree with Randy - the price delta seems in line with the year and mileage delta. But there's really not enough info for me to add value. Have you seen original sticker? Might be useful for decision making if either car has more of the "nice to haves". I believe base sticker for 991.1 TTS was around $188. Is either car a unique color? Either one have something other than black interior with black stitching? How long are you planning to keep it?

Local 2014 had MSRP 187K, GT Silver, Black leather, Porsche Entry.
The '15 is Jet Blk / Blk with carbon fiber trim and sunroof, sticker was 189K looks like.
Both look in very nice shape.
I plan on driving the wheels off it. Haven't had a 911 for a decade. Definitely going to make up for lost time
Local salesman just emailed me this morning and they dropped the price to 109,900
That seems like a very good deal. Am I missing something here lol ??

Agree with others, buy what you want. Burmeister stereo is a value add option some look for. For sporty driving at some point you may want tires better than OEM P Zero, ie Michelins...

It can’t hurt to go back to the dealer with the 2015 model and try to see how much better he will do.

Yes I was going to ask the local dealer to throw in a new set of tires as part of the deal and was thinking Michelins.. 4S or Super Sports ?? Probably won't track it much if at all.

I believe the Super Sports are discontinued and replaced by the 4S - the 4S is Porsche N0 spec, they were a massive improvement over my P zeros...

Indeed, my brother in law lives near the other dealer with the 2015 so we'll be playing a bit of ping pong

14 TTS - CPO w/27k miles for $109... Sounds like a nice deal - you can't get that level of performance for anywhere near the money.
