Just a tip for those who want to buy used TT/TTs i've personally made huge idiotic mistake transporting the car from the east cost without seeing the car physically.
Apparently the previous owner didn't care for it and it feels when you drive it.
Lots of squeaking noises, arrived with flat tire the dash leather near the front windshield is wrinkled, luckily i have another 9m of warranty from Porsche.

Yeah. These cars prey on your emotions. Very easy to make mistakes with these beautiful cars.

Good you have a warranty still. Just be aware that squeaking noises are only covered during original as opposed to CPO warranty. Or at least I've been told so by a dealer.

Figured they wont fix these squeaking noises, finally i replaced the P0 with Michelin P4S and most of the noises were gone and boy the TT drives like a dream.
For those who live in the bay area i highly recommend to visit the guys at custom alignment http://www.customalignment.com/. These guys specialized in 911 wheels alignment (and many other sport cars).
They align the car to what they call street aggressive suppose to give the tires more longevity while still keeping firm ride.

I thought about adding one as a DD for a while (.2). I assume if I spend ~$170k out the door on the car CPO with similar mileage ('17), my trade 4 years later using it as a DD will probably be in the high 60's/low 70's @ 50k mileage. So figure $2,000 monthly in depreciation to be safe.
"DEPRECIATION" should be calculated on a per mile driven basis. After all, that is why you bought the car to begin with. Case in point:
I sold my 2014 GT3-1 last year with 25,000 highly enjoyable miles on it. With that high-mileage, I had to reduce my selling price to $110,000, $25,000 under my cost price.
My friend sold his highly optioned 2014 GT3-1 with 2,000 Miles and received $135,000, $20,000 more for his low-mileage car but $20,000 under his purchase cost..
My GT3 depreciation cost me $1.00 per mile to drive 25,000 miles in 4 years. His depreciation cost him $10.00 per mile to drive 2,000 Miles, or 10 X more than I paid.
The way to beat "Depreciation" on any car is to buy it at the lowest possible price and then DRIVE the hell out of it and ENJOY it as much as you can.
ALWAYS REMEMBER THAT IS WHY YOU BOUGHT IT, and none of us are getting another lifetime to enjoy it. Don't save it for the next guy!

I really appreciate the advice. I was thinking about it today and I think you are correct. Apparently when most Porsche guys go from a Carrera or Carrera S to a 911 Turbo they never go back. I drove a Turbo last week at night unfortunately and I really liked it. The feel and stability of the car is amazing. I have to drive it again in the day. It had a multi function SW which was okay. I got to try a turbo with the paddles too.
The other thing I plan on doing is driving it all year around. I am not going to put it away for 6 months a year like have have been doing for the last 10 years. Life is too short. From what I have read the turbo does well in the winter. I live in NH so it will see snow. However most of the time the roads are clear.

I put 1k miles per month on mine before I sold it. Snow tires for cold weather, it was a great DD. I’d highly recommend it. The only issue I had was it was very easy to get going too fast.

Thanks so much. That is one of the nicest looking Porsches I have seen. Everything goes perfectly. I have been looking at a sapphire blue TT. I now think I like the Miami blue better.
