My chalk tribute to the late Dave Maraj

I was always longing for a GT3RS and drove to Champion Porsche to try to hammer out the lowest ADM I could on a GT silver 3RS. After my wife hated the seats in the 3RS, she told me I should buy the chalk 18 TTS sitting in the center of the showroom that belonged to the recently deceased Dave Maraj, the founder of Champion Motorsports who I revered. Before I could even make an offer on it someone else bought it. I never considered a Turbo S but fell in love with that car and placed an order for its clone. Fast forward 3 1/2 months and now it's mine. I went in a slightly different direction with wheels than Dave's car, and I like my Forgeline GE1's even more.
Special thanks to Sam of By Design for directing me toward a 3" catless Kline exhaust which fit my desires perfectly. He also hooked me up with Brian Pyun of Above and Beyond Performance in WPB. Brian was a Porsche service tech in NJ for many years and drives a 991.1 TTS. He and Sam have created 3 and soon to be 4 9 sec TTS's in FL in the past year and a half. Brian and Sam provide unsurpassed service and reliability not commonly found today. Expel ultimate on the front and 4 coats of ceramic pro all over. Couldn't be happier. This car is as comfortable as any luxury car but handles, accelerates, and brakes like a supercar. First, here's the car that got me hooked.
