On the site now to buy (2) batteries and trays and the discount is calculated on (1) battery only but does calculate 20% off both trays. Should I proceed and assume that you'll charge back the discount on the second battery?

The Black Friday-Cyber Monday Discount has a restriction of only on RS-30 allowed per customer/transaction. It's also listed under the "important notes" on the checkout page.
