Thanks for confirming. You've inspired me to get it done! Thanks for sharing and pics.

I ordered them as well. 991.1 with parking sensors and no ACC. It does a good job of hiding some of the bent fins. Figment is good. Took a while to get the side clips in place but once you get the first side in then it’s not that difficult to do the other side.

I also have an escort passport installed so I had to relocate the sensors which you can somewhat see if you look close enough.

Honestly, this is probably the first modification every turbo owner should do. Especially if you have a 991.1 since it really does enhance the aesthetics of the front. .2’s probably don’t have to worry about it since they have a center bar helping to fill the emptiness.

cheers.

Nice job. I don’t see the sensors at all.

This will be my next project. Looks great! I laso have 3 ALP sensors in the front grill ares so was hesitant to try these. @neil.schneider how did you install with the alp sensors in place?

Also which discount can we use? Thanks.

First of all the discount code is RL112015. As far as the sensors are concerned on my car the sensors are on the plastic in front of the grill so they just are not in the way. The grill sits behind the sensors. As far as the center sensor is concerned, I had to cut the grill with a jig saw and a metal blade. I made a template first. I took my time but not that hard to do. You can see it if you zoom in the picture of the front of my car.

I feel like a knucklehead. I ordered this set a couple weeks back and didn't realize the center piece wouldn't work with my 991.2 TT (no ACC). Devil in the details.... ugggh. On top of that, I somehow managed to lose one of the clips used to mount the bottom side screens. To say it was a frustrating morning, would be an understatement.

Now I have to ship the center pieces back to England to do the return/refund. Oh joy. It hurts being a dummy.

There is another thread with pics of the grills and the ACC. My understanding is they work great.

Everyone makes these errors from time to time. They ship so quickly, I am sure you will have the correct one in a few days.
