Wow! That really sux for people that lost deposits and won’t get cars to boot. I would guess that the dealer isn’t going to make good on it either. A lot of people are really screwed.

unbelievable, how could this happen without the dealer knowing about it?

either the dealer is grossly incompetent or outright fraudulent, either way Champion Motor Sports Porsche dealership is culpable

Porsche will make more GT cars for these people of their choice and have Champion take financial hit on each sale based on money lost by each client to keep dealership and no one remembers until the VP is caught and put in jail...porsche cares about sales to champion not the end user....as long as they sell cars and getting rid of Number one dealer won't happen....my best guess..

I doubt this will turn out well for the dealer...I'd think they have a financial and moral responsibility (and if not legally at the least to maintain credibility as a dealer) and that Porsche NA will likely exercise their power, possibly at worst pulling the dealership

Tough to pull dealers even with this stuff as Porsche wants the sales...there may even be a buy-out clause but even saying that VW has the cash to pay.....27 billion for diesel thing and still making money...

Lots to read on the 991 GT forum....exploding with posts..
