Received and installed my new ceramic coated black tips and luv the aggressive look...I always liked the tips on the GTR..big and bold..and yes I know...so 997 retro but I feel stock tips are so reserved 👍🏻

Did they come ceramic coated black or did you have to get them done after. I like them.
We're getting ready to roll them out in PVD coated satin black. The PVD coating bonds the black coating very well and has extreme heat endurance - two great pluses. The only downside is you need to be careful when installing as to not scratch them. We also hand coat them with Ceramic Pro to add an extra layer of protection which should last a year. We'll have several sets back from coating in around a week.
Are they matte finish only or is polish black an option?
The PVD finish takes on the appearance of the finish underneath it - in this case the matte black finish is a result of the matte metal finish under it. To do a polished black chrome appearance, we would need to perfectly polish the tips which would be almost impossible to get as perfect as chrome.
