Yes, drove it around all weekend. Took my wife out in it for a nice dinner Sat night, around town Sunday and drove it to work and back today. Driving it to work again tomorrow. Totally still a DD.
This is the part that is so amazing about this build.

heh. Yes, these cars are amazing that way. Track monsters, and yet very classy, cool car to take out to a nice restaurant at night.

Various mods done at different times. Would have to add it all up, which I'm afraid to do. :-0
Certainly north of $60k. But I bought my car used with only 10k miles and saved $60k off sticker. So mods were almost free and its a lot faster!

Better question -- how long from start to finish did it take to do the build?

The way I did it (boltons first, then upgraded boltons, then more upgraded boltons, then built motor + extras), it probably was $100k. But if someone chose to just do it all in one shot, it would certainly have been less. doh!

AIM Performance installed my original boltons (including turbos and meth) in 4 days. Was truly unbelievable how fast they did it. That's not normal, but they were focused on getting me ready for a race, and they worked into the wee hours of the morning to get it done. Sick!

Built motor took 90 days start to finish. That included shipping it overseas to the great Emre Levent at ES Motor in Turkey. He built it, then installed it in his own car to test and tune it. The he shipped it back for reinstall in mine. AIM then further tested it, had Emre further tune remotely and handed it back to me ready to set records. AIM and ES Motors are both truly amazing.
