Paint them Glossy Black. It will look better than the powder coat that in my opinion appears to have a flat appearance to them. Good with the arrival of your car. Protect them with Wheel Wax. And
the Gloss will match the Aero Kit better than the Satin.

One thing to consider is chemical resistance, such as brake cleaner and gas. A two-part catalyzed automotive paint may withstand more than other paints and powder coatings. I know there are some powders that claim to be chemical resistant, but don't know how well those work really. Worth asking about anyway. Please post pictures of your car when you get it. I have gaurds red with glossy black aero and love it, though it's still a coin flip for me with the Carmine...

Be selective about powder coating -
Products like wheel billets, scuba tanks, etc. can be powder coated, but only with powders which cure below peak metal temperature of 300 degrees F. The magic temperature is about 275F. The crystalline realignment at 400 degrees F causes the previous ductile aluminum to become brittle.

I was considering having my wheels powder coated. The Place I went to Happen to have a set of 22 inch wheels they had just done in gloss black. They looked very shiny and mostly the same as my wheels which are also a gloss black. I am not aware of what temperature they bake the wheels at during the process. I will have to inquire into this if I decide to go forward with getting it done. It certainly did not have a satin type finish.

Highly recommend powder coat vs paint. More durable and will hold it's gloss. Recently I had to DupliColor black gloss wheel paint a spare front wheel to temporarily match other powders. Looked fine on street, but one track event and it now looks flat and satin after washing even.
Edit: I see paint was rated for up to 250 on the can. Will try VHT high temp next as an experiment.
