Honestly, getting the car up on jack-stands and the wheels off is really the only hassle of a brake fluid flush. Once up with the wheels off, the flush part is really pretty trivial, even easier than an oil change.

But it looks like you might have PCCB's. If so be *extra* careful taking your wheels off and putting them back on. Don't want to make a really expensive mistake and chip those rotors! Make sure you use at least one, and preferably two wheel mounting guide bolts to guide the wheel over the carbon ceramic rotor.
