I saw a 991 GT2 today. It was parked outside the Connaught hotel. And then about an hour later I saw and heard it drive through Berkeley Square. Odd place to drive a GT2 but I assume the owner had probably just taken delivery at Porsche of Mayfair.
The car was absolutely gorgeous.
One thing struck me as it drove by. It sounds IDENTICAL to my TTS with the Europipe. The Europipe has a fairly distinctive sound among Porsche exhausts so I was surprised by that familiar tone - but I have to admit - the car sounded AWESOME.

I went back and forth with Stef a while back on a possible louder EP. He sent me a few clips about 3 months ago with the new louder EP. Sounded great but still EP not a screamer.

Yep - I just bought the Stage 2 w 50 cel cats from Stef - the exhaust is nowhere close to my 997.1 Stage 1. The exhaust is incredible - throaty - snaps and so loud at WOT. It really is insane what Europipe has produced with their new stage 2 exhaust.
Ordered and received new EP 2. If it sounds like the GT2 above will be delighted. Surprised Stef hasn't done any marketing but from speaking to him seems he's running at max output already so no point shouting about Europipe's new product for the 991 turbo s. Both for gen 1 and gen 2.
According to Stef the gen 1 car actually sounds a bit better with his new sports exhaust - it has 3 inch pipework everywhere and 50 cel cats! Can't wait to hear it.
