2018 991.2 TTS MSRP

Hello everyone, sorry for posting one of these again but I need help. There's a car coming in that I am interested in. MSRP 219,420. Haven't been able to find any recent post on this topic. But I was wondering what would be a fair price to shoot for off of MSRP. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

4.5 percent off is a really good discount for these just given how few allocations there are. Anything over is epic.

thank you for your reply!

Don't look for more than 5% off. Tough allocations to come by as said before. Not much discounted.

I placed a 2019 TTS order and did not get much of a discount, I would assume you would have a little more leverage as the car is not a ordered car. Also my car is very basic option wise so probably not as much room for a discount. I want the car so I am fine with my deal.

I agree, if it is something that you want you gotta pay to play. Without walking into the dealer I was offered 2.5%, the car isn't at the dealership yet. It will arrive on 8/3. just trying to gauge where I should aim for. Thank you for your reply and I hope you are enjoy or are enjoying your new car

I got about 4.5% off but I had to shop around. Most dealers didn't wanna do it. This was on a 991.2 turbo order with PDCC and Burm.

Looking to close a deal at 4.3% on a 2018 991.2 Turbo.

not bad... 4.5% is what i was initially thinking of aiming for.. coming in at 5% and expecting close to 4-4.5%. car is in SoCal not sure if that makes a difference or not.

I was told today that there are no more 991 allocations available in the Northeast FWIW. 991 is done. 992 coming.

I actually asked about this, the gentleman helping said if i make a build it will be for a 2019 991.2 and that the 992 won't be available until 2019, not sure if this is different in SoCal

Several explanations:
- my SA’s info is wrong
- your SA’s dealer still has one or more allocations
- your SA’s info is wrong

My SA’s dealership has filled allocations for cars that will hit the beach Oct/Nov.
What I’m pretty sure of is that any remaining allocations will be for delivery late in the year.

What seems to verifiably true:
- MY’19 is a runt year for 991s.
- 992 production will begin late 2018.

When I first inquired about a Turbo S allocation I was told they had none for the balance of the year. Salesman said at best he could ask and try his best to get one but could in no way promise anything. I got a phone call 2 weeks later that they got a cab. allocation and if interested they could ask to change it to a coupe. That worked out and the order went in 2 weeks ago with a 8-30-18 delivery estimate. It does seem like 2019 is a runt year as mentioned above.
