I’m not trying to be a smart *** here, but why not go through the mortgage process first and then buy the car?

We don't have the house yet.

I like the exotic car loan option to keep the payments low. I'll check into that.

5k miles allowance for a lease?!?! That's enough for you to go to Cars and Coffee for the year while maintaining and insuring the vehicle for the dealer/Porsche. Should be more like 12-15k miles/year at those lease rates.

It is going to show up as a liability when you apply for mortgages.
