Hello:
Posting here the process of painted seat backs on my car. I will also be adding yellow stitching and yellow gauge dials.
1) Align and raise seats PRIOR to disconnecting negative battery cable as to avoid airbag fault or any airbag related situation.
2) remove seats
3) clean seat backs with Presol or something similar.
4) use 400-600 sandpaper grit
5) clean again with presol and tack cloth
6) apply adhesive promoter spray as this is plastic!
7) Painted Sapphire blue directlyonto surface and Clear afterwards.

Can you snap some photos of the wiring harness plugs before it goes back in? I want to see if the 14 way and 18 way harnesses are the same or similar.
