Xpel Stealth Question
I had my last car fully wrapped in Xpel ultimate. It was fitted by Porsche UK, and although the film was cut from a pattern, the result was good.
I have a new car on route (GT Silver) and was considering using the stealth film this time. Has anyone used a Stealth film from a pattern. I'm trying to establish if the small gaps left at some edges, due to use of a pattern, spoil the appearance due to the gloss paint being slightly visible. Or as I'm being told, the narrowness of the gap makes it nearly impossible to notice unless you're looking for it.
I want Porsche to do the work again, so taking it to a specialist shop where they dismantle the car isn't really an option for me.
Thanks for any help.

Hi Ian. I've used both OPC and Max Protect. Both with Expel Ultimate. I'd say the job Max Protect have done is close to invisible with Expel Ultimate. They were also £2000 cheaper than my OPC who use Topaz. You should speak to Janis Krigens re your technical questions 07861 709734. Link to their facebook page

Sorry forgot to mention Janis also ceramic coated literally everything inc wheels and brake calipers which was not included in OPC job. The CL hubs and diamond cut alloys tend to corrode within 12-18 month so well worth having.

To answer your question on the STEALTH wraps, the installer can actually go into our pre-cut template software and click any edge to mark it extendable. This means that anywhere they're able to wrap, they will be able to even with the patterns.
Silver looks great wrapped in STEALTH as it really hugs the body lines. Check out this link to see Silver XPEL STEALTH wrapped cars. - XPEL STEALTH on Silver Cars.
