Default Carbon Fibre Steering Wheel Removal? And Orange Indicator Replacement.

Hey Guys, I just bought a 2017 Turbo S and it has that awful carbon wheel which feels like pure plastic in hand. Is there an easy way to remove and return?

Also, I would love to get rid of the Orange indicators on the side to replace these with clear. Where can I cmget these from?

Many thanks

CM

Thanks. I am not sure about the Steering wheel as I don't want anymore Carbon.

Suncoast is the place for the markers though.

Yes it isn't hard.

The key thing is to be very careful with the connector since if you break the clip on the box spring, then you will have issues.

I highly recommend a new steering wheel from Techart. They can create you a fully bespoke wheel with all of the materials of your choice. Below are a few different configurations so you can get an idea. Let me know if you have any questions, thanks!

As it turns out I actually don't mind the carbon wheel.
The indicators are coming.

And I would love to get the Android interface for my screen. Any leads on this would be much appreciated.

I really have liked the carbon fiber steering wheel in my car as it looks great and with my hand positioning, I don't really touch the carbon sections while driving.

+1. I'd rarely ever touch the carbon part of the wheel, and it does not look bad either. Your hands should be glued to the 3 o'clock and 9 o'clock positions on the wheel all the time, except maybe when parking the car!

When are you actually touching the Carbon Fiber part of the wheel?
I love my carbon fiber wheel. Not sure I've ever touched the Carbon Fiber while at speed, any speed. Love the look. The Turbo S has much Carbon Fiber as standard all over the interior, and exterior as options.
Agree on the markers.
Enjoy....
