991.2 PCM 4.0 Android box
Because Porsche doesn't support Android and iPhone Auto doesn't support Waze, I have thinking to add Android box to 991.2 Turbo.
Here is some videos where it seems to working with all usual Android benefits. Here I found one seller (is there any more?) https://www.aliexpress.com/item/Andr...817065245.html And here is install picture https://drive.google.com/file/d/1SG7...ew?usp=sharing Has anybody tried this system? Will it work OK without any problems? Is this even good idea :) ? |
The first YouTube vid is awesome.
How would I hook something like that up? |
And it works :)

You need to open dash, to connect PCM cables.

Android Box
Do you have more pictures from the installation? where did you placed the box once installed? |
No more pictures, it was mostly figuring out where to put cables and open interior. Box is near pedalbox.

I would be interested in doing this if I had a decent video that shows me how to open the dash without breaking plastic clips in the process.
Thanks. Cheers |
