After a very long wait, my Maritime Blue TTS finally arrived at the dealership. They just sent me these pictures. Front lift probably engaged, that is why it sits so high. Pleasant surprise: Michelin Pilotsports from the factory. They ditched the garbage P Zeros. Now paint correction, complete XPel wrap and then the modifications can begin. Kline Iconel (from Sam) with headers is on its way.

The car looks great. What kind of paint correction do you do with a new car?

Basically it smooth's out the clear coat through a mild polish. No OEM coating is perfect. The top automotive finishers polish coatings many times between different layers. That is what Rolls Royce does as well. For all the others, Porsche, Ferrari, there is room for improvement.
The surface gets more of a "wet" look. It also prepares the surface for the clearbra application so it has maximum adhesion and reduces the chance of any imperfections under the film.

The only way to fly, looks great, love the blue. Mine is receiving a full wrap also, tell the dealer to leave the car as is, let the detailer remove the wrap.

Yes, that is exactly what I did. I basically told them not to touch the car

Thanks. It changes color between blue and purple/blue depending on light and inside/outside. It is one of the original 964 RS colors.
