I have the baby 911 turbo as well. Glad to know it can more than keep up with pretty much everything out there. Not that I will ever use it to full potential.

Thanks for the replies. I have a 2006 S and after addressing the coolant pipes and working through the headlight issues it has been good to me. I use it as a daily and to tow race cars.

So so I am researching for when the day comes, what will I get next. Regarding “cost of ownership”, just trying to figure out what issues/personality the motors will have. I have seen the cam bolt issue being talked about. Wondering wht will crop up on the v6. Whatever I get will be off warranty. Just won’t to figure out will it be the last year v8 turbo produced or a v6 turbo.

Sombody mentioned BMW- The m3 v8 was known to chew through rod bearings. So far I think the turbo 6 is holding up with no real issue.
