The dealer is trying to talk me into getting the Black AeroKik on my Orange Turbo that was recently ordered....

Anyone have this option - Any plus / minuses ?? What you do say about looks? Any performance benfits??

Poke around this forum and you should find a few threads regarding aerokits including a pic of a lava orange with gloss black aerokit...

If you do not seriously track the car, then it's a lot of $$$ for looks and bench racing talk.
I have it on mine, but I want everything that might help me on the track, since it's also a heavily loaded cabrio.

I happen to like the look. That's why I ordered it my Guards Red TTS, hopefully coming in November.

I got it, and it was primarily for aesthetics. Paid extra for things like black headlights and wheels too. I appreciate the aerodynamic side of it despite the fact that I think the benefit is genuinely quite trivial.

I guess it depends if I think the look is worth 7500 or not !

It is on red or orange and possibly white but not on the other colours

Even though I haven't seen it, I'll bet that black aerokit on lava orange would look great. Much of the bling on my orange vette is black; it's a great look. Just don't take the comments about "Halloween colors" too personally....
