If not Turbo then what?
I may have to jump the ship from Porsche completely (although I hope this does not happen), so I was contemplating what I would replace the Turbo with. Must have 4 seats, and put a smile on my face every time I drive it via telepathic handling and power that allows me to scare myself once in a while (I do not scare easily at all).
Surprisingly GT3/RS seems easier to replace than Turbo - plenty of great 2-seater hard-core sports cars (e.g., GT-R Black, Perfomante, or the LT version of 570 when it comes). But a really sporty but comfortable 4 seater is a challenge to find - everything is either a luxo-barge or a supercharged econobox compared to the Turbo...

I think you're screwed. Maybe the new 8-series. But, given where BMW's gone in the last decade, unlikely at best.
GTC4Lusso is - maybe - the only 2+2 in the Turbo's league?
What's you damage with PAG/PCNA anyway? Yeah, I have some beefs with them, not nearly enough to want to ditch my Turbo (or the rest of the fleet.)

Given the choices out there, the M3 is the only sedan worth considering in my view - Not a luxo barge, only performance sedan that has proper transmission choices, excellent power and handling, and personally I love the looks. It's a shame how its competitors all fall short because of their crappy transmission offerings.

Merc C63 may float your boat if you're okay with the automatic transmission and looking for a very Different experience.
In my opinion, the best replacement for a 911 Turbo is another 911 Turbo.

There are some terrific deals on the Ferrari FF now ... the sound of the V12 is something to behold in those cars. I drove this 2012 FF with 6500 miles recently -- $165k asking at Ferrari of New England. Decent room in the back, AWD and actually quite good in the snow, from what I hear. This car stickered near $400k. 651 hp, 208 mph, 0-60 in 3.5 seconds. You can find low-mileage 2015s under $200k. A lot of car for the money.

Yeah, your requirements are basically the design spec for the 911. The 2+2 Ferrari and Aston offerings are all that come to mind, and Astons might not fit the bill. Bentleys are huge and heavy, but maybe that could be an interesting diversion.
Interested in classics, and does it need to be reliable? Might open up some intriguing options. And if the answers are no and yes, it's really going to be hard to get past the 911!

Ferrari California T... or Portofino is supposed to have bigger back seats.
It's as quick, as cool, and as useful.
Looking for something cheaper? Eh. Mustang GT350 has decent back seats. Camaro ZL1 doesn't.
Sorry bud. Not much out there.

I have a 2014 AMG E63S - a very nice car, especially with the 5.5 L Twin turbocharged Engine with huge Torque even at usual Traffic speeds, but new ones have gone down to 4 Liters and I doubt they would have the same very low RPM
Torque (1,100 - 1,500 RPM) response with 1/3 cut in displacement even if HP at higher RPM eventually gets there.
BUT, and its a big one, my 2010 Panamera S is FAR more fun to drive comparing 2 recent 4,000 Mile drives in both cars.
The fact is my 2010 Panny is as much fun to drive as my '15 TTS - and its got those 4 Seats you need. Also, the 400 HP Torquey N/A V8 gives up very little in high speed acceleration to the E63S's 577 TT. IMHO, nothing drives like a Porsche except another Porsche, and NO, I don't work for them. At least try a Panamera before deciding.
