They love it - (not the OP's intent I don't thnk being a GT3 forum) - but others love it - they enjoy seeing successful people destroy their trophies. Look up the GT350 video (there is only 1) wrecking in public - all the losers swarm the car with their cellphones like cockroaches - just what they are.

You can drive in good weather every month of the year, but not every week of the year like in SD (so far this month it's been in the 70's and well below zero all in the same week - keeps it interesting)...

Looks like it has LWB's and a cage...Parts car now. Do not trust Cup2's in the rain especially if the surface looks glassy.

Cool - Denver is a great place for GT cars (great mountains and track), but can't be your only car

Maybe best option is keeping Winter place in SD and Summer in OR or WA?
If trying to keep just one place, Denver is #1 here:

I just picked up 2 briskets from Franklins BBQ for Christmas, raced 16 hours at COTA, drive 10 minutes to work in a building I could afford to buy, kids go to a top rated school, pay low taxes, super educated/young/health driven population, rednecks and hipsters share bar space...seems okay to me.

So, so sad. Looks just like mine.
Don't worry, it is safe and snug in the garage here in North Texas and hasn't seen a drop of water in the 3 months I've owned it.
I guess one less white GT3 with PCCB on the road is good for value. Still hurts.

MPSC2 are great in the wet. I even tracked them with wet snow.
Streed driving is no problem in wet at all. They are a bit tricky for street driving with snow, but not impossible to drive. I once made all the way from Nürburg to Spa at night when it was snow. No problem. Not the same as dry or wet, but not a total disaster.
People who say these tires are no good for wet roads are probably messing MPSC2 with original MPSC.

I believe I've posted this image here before.
It's a track day at Spa, when there was a wet snow. I had MPSC2 with a good amount of track wear. No issues. Not the same as dry, but no issues at all.
